What is the difference between an order book and an invoice book? Order books capture what the customer wants to buy. Invoice books bill the customer after the order is fulfilled. Many small businesses use both – the order book at the point of taking the order. The invoice book when sending the goods or asking for payment.
Do you offer NCR carbonless duplicate books? Yes. NCR paper transfers the original writing to the second and third sheets without needing carbon paper. Cleaner. Faster. And more reliable than old-style carbon copy. Duplicate (2 copies) is the most common choice. Triplicate (3 copies) is used when you need one copy for the customer. One for the sales rep.
